What is Refer and Earn?
Existing customers can invite (via unique link containing a referral code) their friends to join Shopclues. Once the friend registers, then both (existing customer and friend) get CluesBucks+ worth as mentioned in promotional banners across website & app ( varies from Rs. 50 to Rs. 700 depending on various live campaign on a particular date ). This is App only offer. Referral code will work only on App. Existing customer and friend will get CluesBucks+ only when the friend registers via Shopclues App. The referral code will get automatically applied.
What is CluesBucks+ ?
CluesBucks+ are money-points that are credited to your ShopClues account.

How to use the Cluesbucks+ ?
  • On your next purchase, you can pay 10% of the order amount using CluesBucks+ . This % may increase in some days. The exact redeemable amount will be visible on the cart page.
  • Remaining CluesBucks+ can be used in subsequent orders upto 10% of order amount. There is no upper limit on number of orders that can use CluesBucks+.
  • CluesBucks+ will expire by 30 days of issuance. Use all your CluesBucks+ amount before the expiry date.
How many friends can be invited?
Existing user can invite as many as friends and will get CluesBucks+ for each successful registration by the friend.
How to see my CluesBucks+ and expiry date?
You can check your CluesBucks+ balance in My Accounts -> My CluesBucks+ section.
Terms & Conditions
  • CluesBucks+ Plus can neither be exchanged for cash nor transferred.
  • If the Order is returned due to any reason, the awarded CluesBucks+ for that Order will be removed from the customer's account.
  • ShopClues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, or to withdraw it altogether.
  • In case of any fraudulent activity by the customer including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, aliasing or violating these Terms & Conditions and the Policies and rules as envisaged on the ShopClues' website, ShopClues reserves the right to withdraw the prize accruable to the customer at its sole discretion.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to any contest/campaign/promotion, etc, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

  • The "Refer & Earn" feature is available only on m-site & on certain updated versions of shopclues android app.
  • The acceptor ( one who uses the referral code shared by friend to install the android app) has to be an unregistered user on shopclues to avail the benefits ( in terms of CluesBucks+) of Refer & Earn Program. The unregistered user may would re-install the android app through referral code and register to avail the benefits.
Terms and Conditions for Contact Sync
  • For the purpose of the Offer on "Refer & Earn" Program, any data shared with Shopclues ("Company") will only be used to refer the Company's services to the contacts available on the Customer's device, upon such Customer accordinggiving express permission to Shopclues to access its phone directory. By way of such explicit permission, the Customer allows Company to send referrals & promotional materials to contacts on the Customer's phonebook for usage of Shopclues android app.
  • Customer further agrees and guarantees that, on its acceptance to participate in the Contact sync feature (as a part of Referral Program flow), it has expressly consented to the Company to collect, use, store and share certain information regarding of the contacts contained in Customer device's phone book ("Contact Information"). Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that in order to avail the feature of sending SMS's inas one-go and to enable the Company to provide the benefits thereunder, Company may periodically access the Contact Information only through manual sync button (to be tapped by customer for contact sync update) to find and keep track of mobile phone numbers and other information of other users of the Offer. By allowing Contact Information to be collected, customer gives the Company a right to use that Contact Information and guarantees that the Customer has any and all permissions required to share such Contact Information with the Company. Customer retains the right to opt-out to prevent the sharing of Contact Information at any time during the sync process in Referral Program flow process or can opt out to sync updated contact list by not tapping on "sync contact" button on screen and choosing any other option to avail the refer and earn offer.
  • Upon Customer's consent, the Customer's Contact Information shall be synced with Shopclues'sShopclues mobile application. Post such sync, the Customer would be able to view its contact list on the Shopclues App while sharing the referral code with his/her contact list- whether such contacts are 'existing registered Shopclues Customers' or not. In case any of the contacts are not registered with Shopclues, the Customer shall have the option of inviting such contacts to use the Shopclues App through referral program or regular SMS's. The email address or the phone number that you/referee will be using for signing up must not be linked to any other Shopclues' account. The contacts synced can be sent invite for Refer & Earn program through an interface available on share option. All Terms and Conditions of Refer & Earn program is applicable here as well.
  • If upon the Customer's invite through Referral Program, its contact installs the Shopclues App and registers on app through inviter's referral code, both inviter and acceptor will get certain reward in the form of CluesBucks+
  • The Offer is protected by copyright laws, as well as other intellectual property laws. Company shall retain ownership in and to the Offer and to all related intellectual property rights, including without limitation trademarks, trade names, database rights and patents. You are granted only a limited right to avail certain defined benefits vide the Offer, subject to these terms and conditions.
  • The Offer shall be read in consonance with the Shopclues' Privacy Policy along with the User Agreement and Policies & Rules as envisaged on the Shopclues' website. The present document shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any rules and regulations as displayed on www.shopclues.com. Should there be any conflict between the terms and conditions in this document and Shopclues' Privacy Policy/User Agreement/Policies & Rules, the latter shall prevail.
  • Any claims or disputes arising out of this document shall be governed by Laws of India and under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
  • ShopClues reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace it as a whole or in part, the above Terms and Conditions with another set of T&C's, whether similar to above or not, or to withdraw it altogether. By availing this offer, Users accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments and modifications hereto.
  • Company hereby excludes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all liability which may arise from Customer's sending messages/invites to its contacts or other third party, including but not limited to, any action or claim regarding spamming.
